After a difficult start to the season and a run of poor results, we made the tough decision to part ways with our manager in search of fresh ideas. The change proved transformative. Our Assistant Manager, Sam Vicker, stepped up and took the reins with ideas, renewed energy, and an immediate impact, guiding us to become the most in-form side in the league during the month of October. Momentum built quickly, performances across the pitch, and the turnaround was recognized at the league level. We were awarded Club of the Month for October—a clear sign of how dramatic and successful the transition had been his very first month in charge.
